All orders received after 12:00 p.m. cannot be guarenteed delivery that day. During holidays orders must be received 12 hours in advance to guarentee delivery the following day. Orders that do not include correct phone numbers are less likely to be received on time. Please include the recipients cell phone number if possible to improve chances of a timely delivery. If Renaissance Florals in unable to reach the recipient by phone on the day of the delivery we will continue to try until successful. This may result in the delivery going out on a later day. Renaissance Florals delivers up to 4:30p.m. daily. Unsafe road conditions or weather may delay deliveries.
